Job Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all franchisees.
- Ensure all franchisees are supported and serviced in a timely manner.
- Resolve issues or delays in communication between the company and franchisees.
- Coordinate internally with relevant teams to address franchisee concerns.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with franchise partners.
- Ensure company standards and processes are consistently followed at all franchise
- outlets.
