Job Description
Fairways Logistics, situated in DHA Phase 6, Lahore, is looking for motivated and results-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our night shift team (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM). In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and transforming them into sales opportunities within the US and Canadian logistics sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle calls in a professional manner
- Deliver customized logistics solutions
- Identify and convert sales leads
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Effectively resolve customer issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
