Job Description
Noah Pro Max is currently looking for a detail-oriented Call Quality Assurance Evaluator to oversee and assess our telesales and customer service communications. This pivotal role is key to ensuring adherence to quality standards while promoting the enhancement of agent performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough monitoring and evaluation of calls for quality assurance.
- Provide constructive feedback and compile QA reports.
- Work closely with team leads to drive performance improvements.
Location: Garden Town, Lahore
Job Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00 – Rs70,00 per month
