Job Description
Join our team at our BPO Call Center as a Performance Manager – HR. This is a night shift position, as our clients and customers are based in the US.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience managing HR functions within a BPO or software development environment. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
Candidates should maintain a positive presence on social media, particularly LinkedIn. Key responsibilities for this role include recruitment, developing and implementing company policies, and managing payroll.
