Job Description
The Filling Machine Operator is responsible for the efficient operation and monitoring of filling machines to ensure products are accurately filled into containers, while adhering to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Operating automatic/semi-automatic filling machines according to standard operating procedures.
- Conducting quality control checks to maintain fill levels, product weight, and packaging integrity.
- Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting mechanical issues.
- Following safety protocols and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Documenting production data accurately and timely.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred; 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
