Job Description
The Women’s Empowerment Group is currently seeking motivated Call Center Agents to connect with potential donors and supporters, with the aim of raising funds for Pink Ribbon Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to individuals and organizations.
- Communicate the hospital’s mission and fundraising objectives.
- Address inquiries and encourage contributions.
- Accurately maintain call logs and donor information.
- Foster long-term engagement with donors.
Requirements:
- Proficient communication skills in Urdu and English.
- Ability to convey confidence and empathy during calls.
- Previous experience in fundraising or telemarketing is advantageous.
