Job Description
AGN IT Services is seeking a skilled ZOHO CRM Implementer to oversee the effective setup, customization, automation workflows, and training for our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate will possess direct experience in collaborating with clients to comprehend their needs and convert those into optimized CRM workflows.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in implementing ZOHO CRM
- Thorough understanding of CRM best practices
- Familiarity with Deluge scripting is preferred
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
