Job Description
Job Purpose: We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Operations Manager to oversee and manage housekeeping operations across multiple sites within a designated region. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, staff performance, and client satisfaction, in alignment with Swift Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd.’s service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities: This role includes leading zonal operations, supervising staff, conducting site audits, coordinating with clients, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and budgetary controls.
Required Skills & Competencies: The successful candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of cleaning procedures, proficiency in MS Office, multitasking capabilities, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month | Work Location: In person
