Job Description
FIZA NOOR is seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to contribute to business growth and strengthen client relationships. The primary responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, conducting market visits, and assessing customer needs to recommend suitable fiber optic solutions. The ideal candidate will achieve monthly sales targets, prepare detailed proposals, and maintain accurate CRM records, while working closely with production and logistics teams. Additionally, regular participation in industry exhibitions is a key expectation for this role.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering is required. Preferred candidates will have 1-3 years of sales experience, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a technical understanding of fiber optics. Frequent travel will be necessary.
