Job Description
The Skin Xperts is on the lookout for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, confirm orders, and drive sales through WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, a minimum intermediate education level, fluency in Urdu, and a mid-level proficiency in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Quickly resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Confirm orders and keep customers informed.

Requirements:
