Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Manager of Operations to join the Hashmanis Group of Hospitals. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s Degree in Health Care Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in hospital operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital, managing vendor relationships, procurement, budgeting, and crisis management. Strong skills in data-driven decision-making and strategic planning are essential for success.
This is a full-time position that requires in-person attendance at our Saddar location, with working hours from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
