Job Description
Union Developers (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to effectively manage daily wage workers at our project sites. This role involves overseeing attendance, ensuring adherence to HR policies, and assisting site supervisors with workforce planning. Candidates with experience in labor management and documentation coordination are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track daily attendance and headcount efficiently.
- Accurately process daily wages and overtime payments.
- Collaborate with supervisors for effective workforce planning.
- Verify CNICs and maintain organized worker documentation.
- Prepare and share HR reports with the Head Office.
- Address employee grievances while ensuring site discipline is maintained.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR.
- 2–3 years of HR experience at project sites.
- Familiarity with labor laws and strong record-keeping skills.
