Job Summary: We are currently looking for a dedicated Telesales & Retention Officer. In this role, you will focus on retaining customers who have canceled transactions and assist users who encounter challenges with our services.
Requirements: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer support is preferred. Exceptional communication skills are a must.
