Job Description
SKIN XPERTS is on the lookout for a committed Chat Support Specialist. The successful candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, a minimum of intermediate education, and fluency in both Urdu and mid-level English.
The primary responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries through WhatsApp efficiently and professionally.
- Addressing and resolving customer concerns swiftly.
- Confirming orders and providing updates on their status to customers.
- Driving sales and promoting our product range.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
