Job Description
ASK Development Limited is excited to invite enthusiastic and customer-oriented professionals to join our team as Phone Banking Officers at our Call Center located in Lahore. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service by addressing banking inquiries and actively promoting our financial products over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to banking products and services.
- Assist customers with their account inquiries and transactions.
- Effectively resolve complaints while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Engage in cross-selling of banking products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Applicants must be 35 years old or younger.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as those with prior call center experience.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Urdu are required.
