Job Description
The As-Siraat Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented Appointment Scheduler. Candidates should possess an Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree and have 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Saraiki (both spoken and written) is essential, along with strong communication skills and knowledge of medical terminology. We value a polite and professional demeanor.
Key responsibilities include scheduling patient appointments with healthcare providers, effectively using scheduling software, providing appointment information to patients, and verifying patient details while managing appointment requests. This is a full-time position that requires in-person attendance at our facility.
