Job Description
UMER AND SONS is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager for Client Support. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing client complaints, generating job orders within our ERP system, and collaborating with various departments to ensure swift resolutions.
Your duties will encompass providing accurate service information, managing incoming communications, overseeing inventory, and keeping attendance records. Additionally, you will be tasked with documenting routes and maintaining organized filing systems.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary range of Rs30,00.00 to Rs45,00.00, and it requires on-site attendance.
