Job Description
Imam Clinic is actively looking for a committed Call Center Agent to join our team. The primary responsibilities include professionally answering incoming calls, scheduling patient appointments, and offering detailed information about our services. Candidates must ensure accurate documentation of call details while upholding strict confidentiality standards.
Requirements: Applicants should possess at least an intermediate level of education, a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a call center environment, effective communication skills in both English and Urdu, basic computer proficiency, and a willingness to work flexible shifts.
Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Employment Type: Full-time
