Job Description
HRMD Management, LLC is currently looking for a committed Billing Phone Support Agent to assist patients with their billing inquiries. In this role, you will engage with patients over the phone to clarify their financial responsibilities associated with healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address incoming calls regarding healthcare billing concerns.
- Provide accurate information about insurance and payment options.
- Assist patients in understanding their bills.
- Resolve billing issues or escalate matters as necessary.
- Maintain professionalism while ensuring patient confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Preferred experience in healthcare billing or customer service.
- Exceptional communication and listening abilities.
- Basic computer skills are required.
