Job Description
Tek Venture is thrilled to announce an opening for a Male HR Executive for our evening shift! This position is ideal for individuals eager to advance their careers in human resources. The evening shift operates from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday to Friday, at our office located in PECHS Block 2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily HR operations.
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintaining accurate employee records.
- Coordinating employee engagement activities.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Facilitating performance review processes.
Qualifications: Previous experience in HR, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
