Shift: Night | Industry: BPO/Call Center
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including social media hiring strategies.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate onboarding processes.
- Oversee HR operations and ensure compliance.
- Enhance employee engagement and performance evaluations.
- Provide support to leadership in HR strategy and planning.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the BPO industry.
- Relevant degree in HR or Business Administration.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Available to work the night shift.
- Females only.
