Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
Your key responsibilities will include managing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling various correspondence. You will act as a crucial liaison between the CEO and other team members, facilitating smooth operations within the organization.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for detail, and maintain a high level of discretion. Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar capacity is highly desirable.
