Job Description
Rockville Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled Network Support Engineer to oversee and maintain our enterprise-grade networking infrastructure within our data center. This role requires hands-on involvement in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of physical network components to ensure peak performance.
Your responsibilities will include diagnosing network connectivity issues, resolving problems with devices such as switches and routers, and working collaboratively with IT teams. Participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours support is mandatory.
Qualifications include a foundational understanding of networking principles, familiarity with network devices, and excellent communication skills. Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+) will be considered an advantage.
