The ideal candidate should possess 10 to 15 years of comprehensive experience in HR management, organizational development, and strategic HR planning.
Key Responsibilities: You will be tasked with crafting HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, enhancing employee engagement, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and advising on workforce planning.
