CrecenTech is looking for a committed International Customer Support Specialist for a phone-based role. In this position, you will engage with international clients via telephone, address their concerns, and provide a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing support calls with international customers
• Deliver prompt and accurate solutions to client inquiries
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor
• Document call details and escalate complex issues as needed
