Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for making informative phone calls to potential clients, guiding them through our real estate projects. You will conduct comparative market analyses to assess property values, schedule appointments and site visits, and maintain consistent follow-ups to convert leads into clients. Additionally, you’ll log all call details and updates in our CRM while providing valuable insights on properties and current market trends.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is a plus. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in real estate and excellent interpersonal skills.
