Job Description
Crossroad Consultants Pakistan is currently looking for a dedicated Admissions Officer to support students in their applications to universities and colleges abroad, including those in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess application materials for quality and completeness
- Conduct interviews and information sessions to provide guidance
- Organize and manage recruitment events effectively
- Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system
- Offer personalized follow-up support to applicants
- Work collaboratively with various departments to enhance services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in admissions or customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed
