Job Description
ASK Development Limited is excited to announce an opening for Banking Helpline Agents to join a prestigious telecom company. We are looking for individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls with a positive and professional attitude.
- Efficiently address and resolve inquiries and complaints from customers.
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate account information.
Salary: Competitive salary ranging from Rs37,00 to Rs55,00, with performance-based incentives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in the banking sector.
- Location: Lahore (in-person position).
