Job Description
CONNECT COMMUNICATION is currently looking for a committed Chat Support Representative to manage client interactions through Facebook Messenger. The selected candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction via chat.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, with available shifts from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM and 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Applicants must be willing to work either shift.
The ideal candidates should possess strong written communication skills in English and a basic understanding of Facebook Messenger. Previous experience in online customer support is highly desirable.
Compensation: Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month.
