Job Description
HMA Industries is searching for a committed Warehouse Officer to manage our Raw Material and Finished Goods Warehouses. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and validating raw materials, ensuring thorough documentation, and maintaining precise stock records. They will also oversee storage conditions and issue materials to the production departments.
In addition, the Warehouse Officer will manage finished goods, inspecting quality, preparing items for dispatch, and coordinating logistics. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, implementing warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training staff on safety protocols and record-keeping.
