Job Description
Shafaq & Kami Salon is more than a beauty salon; it’s a movement dedicated to merging heartfelt storytelling with professional excellence. We are currently in search of a Female Operations Manager who will play a pivotal role in enhancing our salon operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily salon operations and coordinate staff activities.
- Ensure outstanding client service and satisfaction.
- Train and mentor salon staff effectively.
- Manage schedules, inventory, and daily reports.
- Respond to client inquiries in a professional manner.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree along with 3-4 years of relevant experience. Strong customer service skills, organizational expertise, and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential.
Location: M M Alam Road | Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month.
