Openings: 4 positions available
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week
Mode: On-site (remote work not available)
Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist for our E-commerce team. In this role, you will facilitate effective communication and provide timely assistance to our customers. Your key responsibilities include addressing inquiries, managing order processes, and offering live chat support.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and relevant e-commerce experience (prior experience with eBay is a plus). A personal laptop is required. Attendance at the office is mandatory.
Comprehensive training will be provided. We welcome applications from committed full-time candidates only.
Pay: Starting at Rs40,00.00 per month
