Job Description
Nextech Packages is currently looking for a dedicated IT Support Officer to deliver exceptional technical assistance and support to our users. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues, ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Install and configure necessary hardware and software.
- Maintain the functionality of IT equipment and software.
- Document and track technical issues utilizing ticketing systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support.
