Job Description
Systems Limited is looking for an exceptional Business Analyst to act as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams. In this role, you will be responsible for clearly defining, analyzing, and transforming business requirements into effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and assess business requirements.
- Convert business needs into detailed specifications.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Conduct gap and impact analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and develop test scenarios.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
- In-depth knowledge of requirement gathering processes.
- Proficient in JIRA and Confluence.
- Outstanding communication skills.
