Job Description
Al Karim Exclusive Fabric Store is thrilled to announce a vacancy for a Customer Support Representative. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication, prompt issue resolution, and accurate product information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
