Job Description
Benchmark BPO Pvt Ltd is in search of a committed HR Assistant to enhance our HR department’s efforts. This position involves managing recruitment processes, training activities, attendance tracking, reporting, and documentation management. Strong organizational abilities and proactive communication skills are required for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with conducting candidate interviews and coordinating training schedules.
- Monitor employee attendance and maintain accurate records.
- Update Excel spreadsheets and generate relevant reports.
- Organize and manage physical filing systems effectively.
Requirements: This position is open to female candidates only. Previous HR experience is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Excel. Strong communication skills and availability for the night shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM) are essential.
