Key Responsibilities:
- Offer first-level support to customers via phone and WhatsApp.
- Resolve software-related inquiries and guide customers to effective solutions.
- Maintain data accuracy for restaurant menus, pricing information, and staff details.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, customer support experience, strong computer skills, and proficiency in English and Urdu.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs70,00.00.
