Job Description
Max International is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Representative to handle client communications via Facebook Messenger. Candidates must be available for shifts either from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM or 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM, Monday through Saturday.
In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction through effective chat support. Strong written communication skills in English are essential, and familiarity with customer service tools is highly preferred.
