Job Description
Grand City is looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our recruitment initiatives. In this role, you will partner with department leaders to assess staffing requirements and oversee the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to final candidate selection. You will utilize various sourcing channels to attract candidates and conduct interviews to ensure an efficient hiring experience.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, along with 2–4 years of recruitment experience in large-scale organizations. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are a must.
