• Shortlist resumes using the Applicant Tracking System with daily updates.
• Assist in the recruitment process, managing a high volume of resumes.
• Coordinate with candidates to promptly schedule interviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
