Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Shopify Store Operations Manager to lead the daily operations, technical management, and growth initiatives of our Shopify store at Ecomfine. The successful candidate will ensure optimal store performance and oversee end-to-end operations while implementing effective strategies to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Shopify store (front and back end)
- Manage daily operations including products, orders, inventory, and shipping
- Facilitate client communication and provide exceptional customer support
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize return on investment (ROI)
- Execute marketing campaigns (SEO, paid advertising, and content creation)
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Shopify management
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, Liquid, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with SEO and e-commerce analytics tools
