Job Description
LAPS School Franchise Head Office is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Business Development Executive to enhance our Sales Department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying new markets for franchise expansion, attracting potential franchise partners, generating leads through networking and online platforms, and presenting franchise models to prospective investors. Additionally, you will conduct market analyses for new locations, maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees, support the establishment of new franchise schools, and work toward achieving acquisition and revenue targets.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or MBA in Sales/Marketing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and 2-4 years of relevant experience are essential.
