Job Description
RissoX is seeking a skilled CRM & System Administrator to manage our brokerage CRM and facilitate its integration with MT5 and other platforms. This pivotal role will encompass overseeing client onboarding, adhering to compliance protocols, conducting financial reconciliations, and managing back-office operations, all while ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems.
Your key responsibilities will include configuring and maintaining the brokerage CRM, ensuring KYC/AML compliance, managing client deposits and withdrawals, and generating comprehensive reports on fund flows and trading activities. You will work collaboratively with various teams to deliver exceptional support and maintain operational excellence.
