We are seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for payroll management, attendance tracking, grievance resolution, and performance management, all while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer payroll processing and ensure compliance reporting.
- Manage attendance records and address employee grievances.
- Facilitate performance management processes effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
