Job Description
Aura Studio, a rapidly expanding organization, is in search of a qualified and seasoned HR Executive to strengthen our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing recruitment processes, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring adherence to company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and maintenance of employee records.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration efficiently.
- Address employee relations and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Coordinate training initiatives and support performance evaluation processes.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field with 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
