Job Description
Codup is seeking a seasoned Team Lead for our Finance Department. In this pivotal role, you will guide the accounting team in overseeing all financial operations, ensuring meticulous reporting, compliance, and seamless payroll management. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, managing accounts payable and receivable, as well as keeping accurate financial statements and maintaining internal controls.
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce, with a preference for relevant professional certifications. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, is essential. Strong leadership skills, analytical capabilities, and proficiency in ERP systems are required.
