Job Description
Garmor Corporation is actively looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to be a part of our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the recruitment process, manage employee records, assist with attendance and payroll, facilitate the onboarding of new hires, and ensure adherence to labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate recruitment and selection processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Administer attendance and payroll functions.
- Support the onboarding experience for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
