Job Description
BDS Corporation is currently seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our USA campaign as a Freight Broker. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate connections between shippers and carriers, negotiate competitive rates, and ensure the prompt delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with both shippers and carriers.
- Negotiate shipment rates and terms effectively.
- Coordinate logistics and monitor shipment progress.
- Deliver exemplary customer service at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in freight brokerage or logistics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Compensation: $30,00 – $100,00 per month plus commission.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite only.
