3A Group is looking for a confident and dynamic female receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle administrative tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally welcome and assist visitors.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Maintain visitor logs and handle correspondence efficiently.
• Provide essential administrative support to management.
• Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and organized.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), strong communication abilities, fluency in English and Urdu, proficiency in MS Office, and 1-2 years of experience preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
