Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will work from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for addressing client inquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls, following up with leads, and fostering strong client relationships. You will collaborate with team members to resolve queries and maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
The successful applicant must be fluent in both Urdu and English and have 1-2 years of experience in customer service. A personal laptop or PC and a stable internet connection are required.
Compensation ranges between PKR 10,00 and 30,00, with additional incentives available.
